Change-N-Spaces

Consultations $75 an hour - one hour minimum on everything.

Redecorating Options

  • Redecorating - $75 an hour.
  • One Day Make Over - Using what you already own - $500.00 for an 8 hour day.
  • Painting & Decluttering - $90 an hour. If we have to buy anything to organize there will be additional charges.

Staging Options

  • Consultations - $75 an hour. One hour minimum.
  • Staging using your furnishings - Call for consultation.
  • Furniture Rental up to the four main rooms ( Master bed/bath, Kitchen/Dinning room, Living room, Foyer). Call for consultation.

Schedule an appointment the same day as consultation & the consultation fee will be waved. We are also a member of the Chamber of Commerce.
